In order to craft or forge you must be wearing an apron.  You may purchase this from Samilla near the forging workshops.  You may also purchase all of the materials you need there.  To get to the forge workshops from Town Central go all the way East, North, East, North, go gate, then all the way North. 

To create a hammer or weapon you have to use a glyph.  The glyphs for the hammer pieces are free and are located on the workbench at the workshop.  This part is included in the script.

The rent for the workshop in the landing is 300 silvers per hour.  You may take someone with you and only the leader of the group is charged for the workshop rent.   It's really fun to forge with a friend!  Good luck!

Note: Once you finish learning how to make hammers you can only choose two types of weapons to create.  Keep this in mind when making your choices.

BAR
This script will make finished hammer heads from the bronze bars in your "stow set" container until you run out of bars or until you run out of time in your workshop.  Bronze seems to be easier for beginners to work with than steel.

BAR2
This script will make finished hammer heads from bronze bars.  It will buy more bars and even re-enter the workshop when your time has expired.  This script will run until you are out of silvers.  This is a great script to use for mastering crafting.  There is a variable in this script for your default container.  If your default container is a cloak then you would type the following to run the script.
.bar2 cloak

SLAB
This script will make finished hammer heads from the steel slabs in your "stow set" container until you run out of slabs or until you run out of time in your workshop.

BLOCK
This script will make finished hammer handles from the maoral blocks in your "stow set" container until you run out of block or until you run out of time in your workshop.

VISE
This script will put together and put the finished hammer in your "stow set" container until you run out of pieces or you run out of time in your workshop.
