forging

In order to forge you must be wearing an apron.  You may purchase this from Samilla near the forging workshops.  You may also purchase all of the materials you need there.  To get to the forge workshops from Town Central go all the way East, North, East, North, go gate, then all the way North.

To create a weapon blade or runestaff endcap you have to use a glyph.  The glyphs are for sale in the supply stall near the workshops.  They come in different materials and each material is only good for one use.  Have the glyph you're working on in a container on your body with the container open.

While learning to master forging you do not need to buy any type of tempering oil.  The oils are for when you have mastered forging and begin working with magical materials.  Once inside the forge all you use is water for the bronze bars and this is included in the scripts.

The rent for the forge in the landing is 300 silvers per hour.  Go to the workshop then through the door.  You may take someone with you and only the leader of the group is charged for the workshop rent.   It's really fun to forge with a friend!  Good luck!

Note: Once you finish learning how to make hammers you can only choose two types of weapons to create.  Keep this in mind when making your choices.

BLADE
This script creates dagger-blades from bronze bars to learn to forge one-handed edged weapons.  It will replenish materials and re-rent the forge when your time runs out.

ENDCAP
This script creates runestaff endcaps from bronze bars. to learn to forge two-handed weapons.  It will replenish materials and re-rent the forge when your time runs out.
